Intelligent Hub App by default is NOT listing the VDI resources on it. To make the VDI resources available, you have to switch the source of authentication from UEM to WSO Access. Following is the producer showing how to.

  • Login the UEM Admin Console.

  • Open the "All setting".

  • Netvigate to "Devices & Users" -> "General" -> "Enrollment".

  • Click "Authentication" tab.

  • Select "Override" for Current Setting.

  • Select "WORKSPACE ONE ACCESS" for Source of Authentication for Intellgent Hub.

  • Click "Save".

  • Login to the Workspace One Access admin Console.

  • Click "Integrations" -> "Authentication Methods".

  • Select "UEM Token".

  • Click "Configure".

  • Enable "Yes".

  • Click "Save".

  • Click "Integrations" -> "Identity Provider".

  • Click the IDP using for WSO Access authentication. In my case is the on-premises Active Directory.

  • Scroll down the configuration page to find section "Authentication Methods".

  • Click "UEM Token".

  • Click "Save".

  • Click "Resources" -> "Policies".

  • Edit the Default Policy or any custom policy using for Access Authentication.

  • Add one more policy with following information.

  • Save the policy.

  • Quit the Hub App and launch it again.

  • Virtual Apps will be available on the Hub App now.
